AIRPORT DAY

The reason most of us pilots came in the first place!

Today we will have an opportunity to view each other’s planes.

Anyone who likes will have the opportunity to SkyDive on the field (we love to hear you scream!).  There will also be rides available in a vintage WACO biplane.  (If you choose to be the only front seat passenger stick time is available in the WACO).  There will be several events on the field including an ADSB demonstration.  In addition a Cessna 350 or 400 (depending on availability) will be available for static display and demo flights. 

Lunch:  On the field, NC pulled pork Bar B Que and chicken

Dinner:  Tonite is the annual banquet, at the Oak Island Country Club

Sat. night will be our awards and door prize awards with special guest speaker Howie Franklin, Chief Steward on Air Force One for five Presidents. (www.howiefranklin.com)
