First, click HERE to go to the CPS Forums web page and follow the three steps below - this will open a new browser window on top of this one.

1. Click on  "Register User" 
 

2. Fill-out the Registration - Age Verification press the on that page.

3. Fill-out the Required Information   and, if you desire, fill out the Optional Information . Check the agree to CPS rules box and press the button on that page.  Note: Your "Display Name" must be your first and last name - Use your REAL name. (i.e. John Doe )

 

The system will send you an email when your account has been approved.
